In accordance with New York Real Property Law §442-h, Windtree Properties LLC publishes the following Standard Operating Procedures describing the prerequisites a prospective homebuyer must meet before receiving real estate services from our brokerage.

1. Identification

Prospective homebuyers are not required to show identification before receiving services from Windtree Properties LLC. For the safety of all parties, our agent may request to see government-issued photo identification before showing an occupied property.

2. Exclusive buyer-broker agreement

Prospective homebuyers are not required to sign an exclusive buyer-broker agreement before receiving services from Windtree Properties LLC.

3. Mortgage pre-approval

Prospective homebuyers are not required to obtain pre-approval for a mortgage loan before receiving services from Windtree Properties LLC. We recommend obtaining a pre-approval, as it strengthens your position when making an offer, but it is not a prerequisite to working with us.
